For problems on the Yubikitas website, please contact us, and for problems that occur when using external tools such as Skype, please contact the company that operates the tool you are using.
Is there a curriculum provided?
There is no curriculum, so you can build your lessons as you like.
How do I access teaching materials?
Yubikitas does not have designated teaching materials.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation within 24 hours of the lesson start time is not allowed. Please manage your schedule and time thoroughly.
Is there a feedback system?
After the lesson, the student will voluntarily send us a review. (If no review is entered, it will be automatically registered with 3 stars.
How are disputes resolved?
