What should I do if I lose my Internet connection?

You are solely responsible for your own actions and will not be compensated. If the instructor loses the connection, we will compensate you if you provide us with proof of the loss.

What are the teaching materials used?

The instructor will use at the instructor's discretion.

Yubikitas is a community that does not require experience or certification, but you can check the instructor's profile section to see their experience and qualifications.

How are the effects of time differences taken into account?

When you register for an account, you will be asked to select your location and time zone, and we will use that information.

Do you offer advanced level courses?

Some instructors may have advanced level lessons available. Please check the lesson description. If you find it difficult during the lesson, please let the instructor know and he/she may be able to adapt the lesson to your level.

Is there any content useful for international students and immigrants?

There are plans to develop other services such as YK Support and YK Abroad.
